 Do you wish to help the parish finances, without any cost to yourself?
Would you like the Government to give the Parish 28p every time you donate £1? For example a £5.00 donation becomes approximately £6.40 at no extra cost to the donor. If you are a tax payer, you can achieve this by making a once only Gift Aid Declaration. The Parish can then claim the tax you have paid from the Inland Revenue on all donations made to the Parish under the GIFT AID Scheme. When registered, you can make your offertory and special collections in numbered envelopes or if you prefer, by banker’s standing order. In financial year 2006/2007 the Parish benefited in this way by over £5,000 – that is £5,000 cash the Inland Revenue gave us! If you would like to find out more, please contact the Parish Office.
