We, the people of St Peter’s Catholic Parish, inspired by our faith in Jesus Christ, commit ourselves to working together through the celebration of the Sacraments, prayer and service to build a welcoming community catering for the spiritual and pastoral needs of each other. We will strive to create a sense of belonging in our parish where we value individuals and families with all our diversities. Guided by the Holy Spirit, we hope to identify, use and develop our gifts for the benefit of our parish, thereby strengthening the foundations for the future. “You are Peter and upon this rock I will build my Church” (Matthew 16v.18). |

Please pray often for our parish community Dear God, You have shown us that true love and genuine friendship consists in serving others. Give us, the people of St. Peter's and St. Paul's faith community, That same love with which Jesus served humanity, And help us to use it in the service of our parish. Grant us your love, that we may rejoice with the glad, And sympathise with the sad; That we may always look for the best in people, Young and old, whoever they may be, Help us to become more loving By sharing our love with others. Amen |
